About Us!

   the items must be outside your property awaiting collection by 7.30am on the day of collection, (In less its been arranged for the rubbish to be removed from indoor of the property) ALL  as near to the kerbside or on driveway as possible, and should be clearly seen from the road and easily accessible for the collection vehicle.

  • collections from gardens are made from the garden which is most easily accessible by vehicle from the road (front or rear).
  • you do not have to be at home when we collect.
  • items such as carpets or broken furniture must be rolled, securely tied or bundled together. and if not, we may do the hard work for you at no extra cost  
  • do not fill items with other rubbish.
  • if you wish to cancel, please contact us by midday at the latest on the working day before your collection by calling 077923 195546. Cancellations after this time will not be eligible for a refund.
  • if you wish to change or add items, please contact us by midday at the latest on the working day before your collection by calling 07793 195546, please be aware this may change the charge for the service.

    What we will do

    • we reserve the right to refuse the collection of items measuring in excess the weight limit of your booking      
    • only the items of waste listed on your booking will be collected - we will not collect any additional items presented.
    • we will collect a maximum of item as long its not heavy weight waste per collection.
    • we may send an driver to inspect the items and their collection point prior to the collection and we retain the right to refuse a collection.
    • if the items are not made available on the day of your collection, we will leave you a card telling you that we have called; if this occurs you will not be eligible for a refund. We can organise a further collection if this is required, however you will be required to pay for the new booking. DEPENDING ON CIRCUMSTANCES AS WE ARE ALL HUMAN
